We understand that some players are having troubles with signing into the game, and we believe we've knocked it down to several reasons:

* -- The username has a space.
* -- The username has a funky character (&, @, %, etc.)
* -- The username is more than 15 characters
* -- The username has less than 5 characters

We're asking all of our players that if you fit this description, please let us know. We can change your username.
